Thanks for shopping with us. Please read this before you order. It applies to online and in-store purchases.

Sealed TCG product — no returns
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on sealed trading card game product. That includes booster packs, booster boxes, collector boxes, Commander decks, starter decks, bundles, tins, blisters, and any other factory-sealed TCG item.

Once sealed TCG leaves the shop or is delivered, the sale is final. We cannot take it back for change of mind, pack results, or price changes.

Singles — 3 days
You may request a return of singles within 3 days of delivery or pickup if the card does not match the listed condition. Cards must be unused and returned in the same protective packaging we sent.

We do not accept singles returns for change of mind, format rotation, or price changes.

Other products — 3 days
Sleeves, storage, playmats, apparel, and other non-sealed-TCG items may be returned within 3 days of delivery or pickup if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Opened sleeve packs, used mats, worn shirts, and items missing packaging are not eligible.

How to start a return

  1. Email Kitchentabletcg@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery or pickup. Include your order number, the item, and photos if the issue is condition or damage.
  2. Wait for written approval before sending anything back.
  3. If approved, we’ll tell you how to return it or bring it to the shop.
  4. After inspection, we’ll refund your original payment method. Shipping is not refundable unless we made an error.

If we made a mistake
Wrong item or damaged in transit? Contact us with photos. We’ll make it right at our expense.

Return shipping
Unless the return is our error or transit damage, you cover return shipping. Use a trackable method. We’re not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
